Products

The Original Mochi Sponge is ultra soft and also highly durable to allow for moulding of the tip to apply makeup on smaller blemish areas. If you are have trouble moulding the tip of the original Mochi Sponge, the Mochi Precision Sponge is designed to have a pointier tip for even more precise application. However, due to the form and shape restraints, it will not be as soft as the Original Mochi Sponge although it absolutely comes a close second!

We recommend getting a mixed bundle to get the best of both worlds while sneaking in a little bargain.

We recommend keeping a hygienic routine by cleaning your sponges at least once a week to prevent the growth of bacteria and germs. Our Sponge Cleansing Balm is specially formulated to make it super easy to clean and maintain the quality of your sponges.

We recommend changing your Mochi Sponge at least once every 3 months for best bounce and application to ensure fresh application.

All makeup sponges that are dampened can grow mould if left in a warm or enclosed space. We encourage our customers to keep your Mochi Sponges in a well ventilated, open area and to clean in a timely manner with our Sponge Cleansing Balm to prevent mould growth.

Shipping

If you happen to make a mistake on your checkout process, please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and correct shipping address. If your order has yet to be fulfilled, we are able to change your address without issues. However, once fulfilled your address will be locked in with our shipping service and will be unchangeable if it is already on it's way so please double check your details.

Any address that is wrong may result in lost orders or lengthy return to sender cycles. If you make an error in your shipping address and we end up receiving a return to sender, we can ship it back to you with additional shipping costs for new shipment.

Every country has its own rules regarding products coming in and the taxes and duties related to the value. Some countries have a high threshold value, meaning there is a high chance you will not be charged extra taxes or duties, whereas some countries have a very low value, and you will most likely be charged when your item arrives in your country.

We strive to provide the best possible experience when shipping around the world, however the fees are not in our control and is not something we cover. If you are charged these fees, you will need to pay in order for you to receive your items. If unclaimed, it will most likely be returned to our warehouse, we are not able to refund shipping fees if this happens. If you need more help regarding this issue, please contact us!

You will receive a order shipment confirmation email which will include a tracking number for you to know exactly where your Mochi Sponges are bouncing around at, at any time. If the link is not active yet, please check back at a later time as the order may still be processing.

Your Order

Please check your junk/spam mailbox! We both know we're not junk but often email programs flag online businesses as spam or junk. You can add us to your safe senders list to ensure you don't miss any updates. If you still can't find your confirmations, please feel free to email us at support@bonclebeauty.com with your full name, shipping address and phone number used to order so we can check our system to find it for you.

Please contact us with your full name, order number and shipping address as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We're definitely sad to see you change your mind but if your order has yet to be fulfilled, we are able to cancel your order without issues! However, once fulfilled, your address will be locked in with our shipping service and will be unchangeable if it is already on it's way.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns within 30 days of receipt, you will be eligible to return your product for a refund given your item is unused, unopened and in the original packaging as received.

Please email support@bonclebeauty.com with your order number and which items you would like to return to start the returns process. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response from us and we will provide with the specific return instructions.

Once we have received the returns parcel, we will notify you once we’ve inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We cannot provide exchanges or refunds to any used personal hygiene products for sanitary and safety reasons.

Oh no! If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@bonclebeauty.com
If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To speed up the process, please include your order number and a photograph of your order so we can remedy the problem as soon as possible.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
